It may also occur that you had a bad experience during your visit and treatment and we encourage you to let us know.

It is important to Brown Manual Therapy that your satisfaction as well as your dissatisfaction can be discussed. In addition, a complaint can be an important advice to us on how to improve the quality of care.

We are affiliated with the complaint commission of the AVF, according to the 2019 law and regulations for healthcare. The complaint procedure is available at the office, in our flyer in the waiting room.
